Good communication...friendly and knowledgeable front of house staff
Fault with number plate rectified with ease. The only issue was that there was only a few miles of fuel in the car and had to find the nearest petrol station. Also would've been good if it had been charged up so we could use it on electric mode.

Rich was amazing, explained what the issue could be and kept me fully up to date with the timings, he was understanding when I explained I live out of town but my parents would oversee everything. Rich was always quicker then expectations as well.
Car was obviously serviced however the deal bought was free servicing which was not recorded. Thankfully I had relevant documents. Your survey is bringing up a query on an answer to this question. I have duly answered.

Took longer to be able to deal with retrieving my car back as worked out of town and turned up to collect and my keys were not available so had organise something else

When I bought the car I was given a rough date but was told I would be kept up to date but was only told when it arrived at garage. Original sales person left, handover person was also leaving and lacked good knowledge of what is a technical car

Staff were really friendly, also had female staff who took me on the test drive, which made me feel comfortable. Also gave a lovely cup of coffee whilst I waited!
the receptionist on the service desk was abrupt and wasnt apologetic that Stratstone Chesterfield hadnt explained ab`out a £40 charge on the "free" service?? Her reply to me was She couldnt speak for Chesterfield! another girl offered me a drink

I was waiting for 1 hour for them to repair a slow puncture. However they did not charge me.

Friendly staff, sufficient information given. The only reason I don't give 5 star is because I would like much more included in the service itself - rather than just the necessary requirements.
