- Breaking News.......Scrappage has been extended
The Government Scrappage scheme has just been extended so if you drive a car over 10 years old, you've got a bit more time to grab a MINI and take advantage of the scrappage payment. You will need to hurry as it's only been extended until 31st March 2010 or sooner if the fund runs out.
Business Secretary, Lord Mandelson, said: "If you're considering buying a new car you should place an order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment because the budget is strictly limited."
