Your mechanic, Robert Mapplethorpe, always collects the car for a service on his way to work and delivers it back on his way home. I know that at times I must have tested his patience with my demands as I am a demanding customer, but he never showed any signs of irritation and was professional at all times. I also dislike intensely 'pushy salesmen' and Steven is not like this at all. He was also not patronising to me as a female customer which is refreshing.
