I honestly can not thank Josh Meehan (Stratstone Mini Hull) enough!! He really went above and beyond. His service, patience and overall performance was 11/10 and I really can not thank him enough for eveything he's done in purchasing my new car

Josh was excellent and very helpful. He inspired confidence and was very knowledgeable. My only concern was that due to a delay with the valeting my car wasn't ready when I went to collect it, it was disappointing however was ready the next day.

No issue regarding salesman. I feel the business manager handled my 14 day distance sale return incorrectly. Delayed notify mini finance once the car had been returned. Refused to return deposit paid.

I called with an issue at 11am and was booked into a slot at 3pm same day, the car was checked and the issue was remedied within 30mins. My car was only 2 weeks old and I was quite concerned by the sound it was making.

Coffee machine was out of order. Disappointed that the valet doesnt inckude wiping down the dashboard anymore
