Kirsty on reception for mini is brilliant. She's welcoming and helpful and calls when she says she will. The seating area is great for 5 mins or if you have to stay longer and the cofee machine is fab. Thank you Hull Mini & Kirsty.

Communication was poor from booking the appointment and arriving. I explained I would have to wait whilst the work was done, was assured this would be fine and a note would be made. When I arrived was told there was no note of this.
