Kirsty couldn't have been more helpful, she kept me fully informed of my car's status over its two day repair. All repairs were carried out to what I would call BMW standard.

I arranged for a courtesy car but at know point in time was I told it would be £29.99 plus vat until I arrived at the dealership when I had know choice but to except the charge as I didn't have any other mode of transport

Booked in online prior to the appointment, but when I dropped the car off I have to repeat the process. I was expecting a quick drop off, because t it took much longer. The actual service time was very quick, and I was able to collect by lunch.
