Kirsty was polite, pleasant and really helpful, she offered me a service plan without being pushy that was sutable for my needs. When there was an hicup with the system that had my details but the wrong christian name, she was able to sort it out.

Was able to get the car quicker than expected kept in touch through the process and knew the cars very well
