As a motability car, the handover was not completed fully and I ended up driving off uninsured. I had to phone Motability so that they could sort this out for me. Ridiculous.

We checked in online and were told to use the drop box to leave the car key. On arrival, we were told to hand the key into Recepion and then joined the queue for a 15 minute wait.

Kirsty on reception for mini is brilliant. She's welcoming and helpful and calls when she says she will. The seating area is great for 5 mins or if you have to stay longer and the cofee machine is fab. Thank you Hull Mini & Kirsty.
