Would have given 5 stars but I was told my car would have a full wash and valet but the valet team didn't turn up. Car was washed and vacuumed but still dusty inside. Really nice staff at BMW who were honest and kept me informed.

Issues i had with my vehicle were delt with fast and appropiately. Before giving my car back they found another fault which they sorted. Healthcheck on car was very clear and understood what adivsories had come up.
