My Mini was sold on a signed PCP finance deal,at no time were we told this would be invalid should Mini UK change the offer prior to delivery. The dealer covered the cost difference. Handover was very efficient and helpful setting up all our needs

Josh was excellent and very helpful. He inspired confidence and was very knowledgeable. My only concern was that due to a delay with the valeting my car wasn't ready when I went to collect it, it was disappointing however was ready the next day.

No issue regarding salesman. I feel the business manager handled my 14 day distance sale return incorrectly. Delayed notify mini finance once the car had been returned. Refused to return deposit paid.

Great service from start to finish, the combination of the test drive and the 0% offer were the key factors in choosing the Mini over the Renault 5. Sales team were knowledgeable without being pushy. Give choice of possible vehicles.
