We were made to feel very special from initially walking in the showroom through to driving the vehicle away. Mr Chris Hamlett and the staff deserve a special mention as nothing was to much of an issue. I am a Very satisfied customer.

'ready for winter' check - not particularly helpful - Someone in service department gave me some incorrect information. and lack of communication, so had to take it back. Fortunately, Rich was very helpful and sorted it out for me.
I experienced a delay. Service entry not updated on vehicle system. I have raised some questions surrounding the report which indicated all items in good condition and immediate failure of rear brake pads.

As previous answer.It was noted that tyres were 2mm on rear but no other comment..Front tyres were 4.5mm..It should have raised some type of question on a front wheel drive car?..Wheel alignment checked by myself and found in error .Now corrected.
Thorough info always given with possible future issues raised and checked. Later at no cost when health check and valet and car wash done. While waiting a shorter time than expected I was given coffee and progress reports.
Richard the service front desk guy was so helpful. Helped with car seats etc. Went above and beyond and was very helpful and cheerful

Fault with number plate rectified with ease. The only issue was that there was only a few miles of fuel in the car and had to find the nearest petrol station. Also would've been good if it had been charged up so we could use it on electric mode.
Rich was amazing, explained what the issue could be and kept me fully up to date with the timings, he was understanding when I explained I live out of town but my parents would oversee everything. Rich was always quicker then expectations as well.
Car was obviously serviced however the deal bought was free servicing which was not recorded. Thankfully I had relevant documents. Your survey is bringing up a query on an answer to this question. I have duly answered.

Took longer to be able to deal with retrieving my car back as worked out of town and turned up to collect and my keys were not available so had organise something else
Richard is excellent at his job, friendly, efficient and helpful. It made the whole experience much better than previously.
